Great Homemade tomato Sauce

 For the last three years, my Mom and I have been creating our homemade tomato sauce and cold it. 

One day we will do it effectively and can it, but for now this is a fantastic way to take benefits of September’s tomato collect. We choose a delayed Sept few days and invest a day together in your kitchen.
 It’s an excellent way to invest a Weekend mid-day – clinging with my Momma and creating delightful tomato sauce for my family. 

How to make homemade tomato sauce ?

  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 3 cloves beans, peeled and crushed 
  • 2 med. vegetables, chopped 
  • 16-20 very fresh tomato vegetables, peeled and chopped 
  • 1/3 c. dry white-colored wine 
  • 1 tsp. oregano 
  • 1 tsp. basil 
  • 1 tablespoons. sugar 
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt 
  • 1 tsp. pepper 
 Saute red onion and beans in olive oil just until smooth. Add all substances and mix well. Protect and carry to a steam over method high temperature. Decrease warm, eliminate lid and cook for 2-3 time or until preferred width, mixing sometimes. Makes roughly 2 quarts. (If marinade does not become thick to your preference, add 2-3 tbsps tomato insert before serving).
